Satisfied
Performs well. Needed high discharge for a light. Other ones I had would not power it, these did. Ratings seem real.

Performed great so far. Much better than the ones included with my burning laser.
These are far better than the ones that came with my burning laser. Its performance is now much higher and longer lasting.

Good for what you need them for
They do the job. They last about as long as any you’d buy.

Mislabeled batteries!!!
I purchased quantity 4 of the alleged 2800 mAh 16340 lithium-Ion batteries. They actually have a tested capacity of about 300 mAh. I had to give them the minimum rating of one star, but I feel that they aren’t even worth that. I was suspicious of them, as reputable battery stores don’t offer 16340 Li-Ion batteries over about 900 mAh capacity. So, I ran a battery test on them to determine the real capacity. The battery test consisted of three steps: 1. Charge the battery to full charge. 2. Fully discharge the battery. 3. Charge the battery to full charge while measuring the charge current. As can be seen in the photo, the battery tester indicated that each battery had a measured capacity of about 300 mAh. I repeated the test 3 times, and received similar results each time. To verify my battery tester, I tested a brand new 680 mAh RCR123A Li-Ion battery purchased from a reputable battery store. As can be seen in the photo, the test indicated a capacity of about 750 mAh, which is better than what the battery manufacturer claims. I will be contacting the seller to obtain a refund for the mislabeled batteries.

Charged Right Up
I am always nervous when I purchase rechargeable batteries. There are many things that can go wrong resulting in damage to people of products. When I popped these in the charger, they charged right up. I haven't used them often as I purchased them for items I use very sporadically so I can't attest to their longevity. That's the ONLY reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five. I don't like when people post a five star review for a product they haven't yet used it its entirety. Those aren’t helpful in my opinion.

Short lifespan
Purchase these from my Arlo camera system outside. They don’t last long at all. I spend more time charging them than using them.

Time Will Tell The Whole Story!
The batteries fit my Fenix 500 Lumen Headlamp. All four batteries worked and was re-charged to 100%. The original rechargeable battery that was in my Fenix headlamp lasted for at least five years before it would not hold a charge anymore. Only time will tell if these batteries perform as well as the original battery.
