Perfect fit for my John Deere LA115
Installed this on my John Deere LA115 and it fit perfectly. Took just a few minutes to swap out, and the mower started right up without any issues. Definitely a solid replacement part for the price. Time will tell on long-term durability, but so far, it’s doing the job just fine.

it fits my lawn mower
I cannot believe how easy it was to install this. I am a 77 yr old female and I could not understand why my riding lawn mower would stall out running for 25 to 30 minutes. I have a craftsman rider about 25 yrs old and its a great machine. After having a new fuel filter, sparkplug, air filter put in by a church friend, he told me it looks like I had some water in the gas. So he told me what to do. I had to empty out the fuel, I did this and it was very difficult to get the gas hose off, (air pressure) but I got it off and drained the fuel. I was also told to get Tru-fuel and put about 1.5 cups in the emptied tank and run it out. Let the gas tank dry and clean it if necessary. Then I purchased some premium gas and put it in. All the above still did not work. I also bought a new gas cap at Amazon, the exact one . I went on to U-Tube and searched for the reason why my machine would start but stall out after 20 minutes of mowing. One of the reasons was a fuel solenoid, others included Carburetor and or the ignition coil and all the rest that I did. So most of the videos pointed out the fuel solenoid is the first thing that should be checked if all the above was not done. Also a good test for the F.S was turn your ignition key and if you do not hear a click(mine did not) it means its bad. So I decided to start there. I went on to the Sears site and the OEM (original Equipment Manufacturer) wanted 108.99 for the fuel solenoid. WHAT??? so I went to my go to, AMAZON and they had the part. I did have to go to reviews and ask the question would it fit my lawn mower 31P777. Amazon sent me the answer the next day and it was a match. I paid $9.25 for this part. IT WAS PERFECT and when I turn the key it CLICKED. I needed to get a hose clamp, AMAZON, to stop the gas from coming out when I took off the solenoid, also they tell you to keep the old washer, so you can use it, but my new one came with one. It took me maybe 20 minutes and it was done. I ran my lawn mower 30 minutes or so and it DID NOT STALL OUT... Thank you Amazon and U-Tube, you just saved me way over$500.00 even more. I spent around $60.00 for all the parts.Gas cap, stabilizer, fuel filter, air filter, hose clamp, wrench set, fuel solenoid and spark plugs. ALL PURCHASED FROM AMAZON, Amazing, I am so so happy.

Good product, on time.
Worked like a champ. Now my cylinder doesn't fill with gas, and it doesn't backfire on shutdown

Rubber piece comes off
Fit my T150 craftsman riding mower. However after 1 season of use, the engine starting having a hard time starting and was surging like crazy once it did. Upon inspection I found that the rubber tip came off and had blocked fuel flow in the carb. The rubber cap is only press fit with adhesive to the solenoid, so once the adhesive wears away the cap becomes free in there. crappy, cheap design. I would only get this to get by for a little while if you must. But I would try and find something better build, where the black cap is held on by only glue.

Worked like a charm!
It worked perfect on my 2011 Craftsman LT2000 19.5hp. The original fuel shut off solenoid on the B&S Nikka carburetor froze in the off position. Now the fuel making happener is happy and the engine is happy.
