Faulty gate lock
Recieved the product today. Unfortunately does not work as the lock system to the gate is faulty. Latch does not go in by pressing button, and the gate is easily open my pulling or pushing my a child. No safety for my toddler. Will be returning it

Poor quality
Bottom of the stair gate broke instantly, very stiff when opening and closing. Keeps my kid in the room just not up to standard
