True Titanium Men's 7MM Link Necklace Chain (Length 16" - 40")

The wrapping was a pain to take off but protected chain during shipping. 22 inch is just right for 18” neck, smaller and it would be a choke chain. 7mm is also nice size and being Ti, it’s light. Happy with this purchase

Best chain I have

I ordered this necklace and it arrived 4 days later in the mail. When I unwrapped it and tried the chain on I realized the clasp was broken (i.e. the chain would not close itself properly). The next day I called customer service and explained my problem with them. The representative on the line was very helpful and recommended I return it back to them for an exchange free of charge. After mailing it in, they promptly made the swap the day they received it and sent it back out to me, arriving in about the same time the original package took to ship. My overall satisfaction with this company stems from their willingness to resolve my issue in a pleasant and expeditious manner. The titanium chain looks great, wears well, and I plan on keeping it around my neck for years to come.

I have no complaints, anything I had go on was very easily rectified by swift and convenient customer service representatives. Service that you get for the lifetime of your ownership, a huge positive for Titanium Kay. I thought long and hard before I made this purchase, and had I known I was going to be this happy, it would've be a no brainer. Quality is great and as far as titanium goes, this has a very nice polished shine to it. In a great and not overly flashy design, exactly how I wanted it. Best looking necklace I've ever seen for a man, highly recommend this necklace.

I recently purchased the 28" Titanium Men's 7mm Link necklace. It's extremely handsome, is very smooth and doesn't pinch. I needed a very strong necklace and clasp. I can't imagine any piece of jewelry to be stronger than this. It suited my needs perfectly and the price was right. I own no jewelry with the exception of my wedding ring. I plan to wear this necklace everyday it's so comfortable. It actually looks better in real life than in the Amazon photo, and I think that image looks quite nice.

Very nice chain but packaging leaves much to be desired ...

The plastic wrap this comes in was very time consuming trying to take off without breaking the chain or damaging it with cuts from scissors.The chain feels plastic but I’m trusting it’s the material the seller is telling all of us. For you big neck folks go 22 or higher that 20 will have you looking like you are wearing a collar

The necklace arrived quickly and is as advertised. The plastic wrap it comes in is less than desirable - take your time, lay it out flat and slowly unwrap it - you'll get there [it's like they placed it on a 12x12 piece of surran wrap and rolled it up]. The only other notable thing is that the clasp is a claw type not the pin type in the picture - as long as it is as strong I have no problem with this but time will tell.Having read about some pins falling out on others, I checked all mine, and will do that on a regular basis.Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.
