Motor seems ok but information on Amazon site is incorrect for capacitor. Says 10mf but motor says 15mf.

I bought this motor after having paid an AC contractor to come and replaced a failed OEM motor on a 15 year old unit. The motor they used was a brand new "universal motor" that was obnoxiously loud, underpowered, and inefficient. That motor lasted 12 months... I decided I would do the work myself this time around and found this motor matched factory specs and was priced less then a factory reman. I installed it myself with a new blower wheel and it works and fits perfectly. Its quiet, efficient, and was easy to install. The motor arrived packaged better then anything I have ever purchased online. Im quite sure it could survive a 7th grade egg drop test. Motor itself was well built and solid and I am sure it will last for years and years to come.

Replaced a higher amp motor with same HP, doing fine with heating, A/C is yet to be determined.

New item, well packaged, runs quite and produce good amount of air, and based on the amperage it's more efficient than the 17 years old Bryant motor.

Motor fits great on this PAYNE furnace from 2003 - ( 5 ton) I did not find anywhere the required size for the Capacitor so I had ordered a 10 mfd. which was the size the original motor had. Upon receiving the motor and reading the name plate I saw I needed a 15 mfd. 370 vac. run cap instead. Fortunately I saw a guy driving by in his HVAC company truck and bough one off his truck (what a blessing, thank you Lord) otherwise I would have had to drive almost an hour away to get the right cap for this motor.
