Delicious shake, made couple of changes
I purchased the sample pack which had, chocolate, vanilla, snickerdoodle, salted caramel and strawberry and mocha. I love them all, strawberry and salted caramel being my favorites. I do not follow the directions on how to make it though. They tell you to use water, add your choice of fat, shake, refrigerate or better yet refrigerate overnight. What? When I want a smoothie or protein shake I want it ice cold now, not later. Perhaps this method works just fine but as anyone who knows me will attest, I rarely follow directions. My method is short, fast and delivers a thick, rich, delicious ice cold shake in about 2 minutes. I use 8 oz (more or less) of unsweetened almond milk ( I use Simply Almond brand. Super delicious even by itself), one packet (or scoop if you have the large bag) of the powder, sometimes I add a couple tablespoons of flax meal or a handful of fresh Kale that I have frozen in individual bags, I may also add my unflavored collegen powder, about 4 ice cubes all in my blender and hit the button. Walah!! A delicious icy cold thick shake. Depending on what time of day I decide to drink this, I may or may not add the extra fat. If I drink before noon ( like around 11), I skip the fat only because I know I will he having a dinner around 4 or 5 and it typically will have some healthy fat in it.. (Yes, we eat very early. Retired folks:)) If, however I want to skip dinner, I will add in about a 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, OR a tablespoon of MCT oil) and have this around 2pm. This drink is so filling it keeps me satiated the rest of the day. This is great if your doing intermittent fasting. On these days I fast for 23 hrs making the shake my only meal of the day. I do this maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I love food too, so not looking to only drink my meals, but on the other hand intermittent fasting is really great for your body. I suspect most reading this are familiar with it, but if not, there are tons of videos on the subject. Check out Dr Eric Berg for some good information if your unsure. Sorry to digress here. I just get excited about stuff I know works. Back to the subject, I personally do not use the shaker as it really is much better with a blender. I do realize of course, if your working or on the road this is not do-able. I might suggest for those folks to make it up in your blender, pour in shaker bottle and take with you. I tried this once when I left my house early one day to do a bunch of errands. Knowing I would be gone about 6 hours, I figured I would see how it held up. Well, first I should say I live in the Northeast, and it was Jan (2021), so it was and is plenty cold outside and in my car. The shake stayed nice and cold and was still just as delicious while I sipped on it throughout the morning. Possibly was a little thinner, but delicious none the less. Guess I am saying if you can keep it cold ( like in a refrigerator at work or wherever), just give it a good shake and you will have a great drink. There you have it. I really can not say anything bad about this product. Yes, it is pricey, but if you don't drink it every day (I average about 4 a week), it really is not bad price wise. Some weeks, I may only have it twice. This obviously makes it last much longer. I don't think you will be disappointed in the taste. Of course, I am not using water so I know that makes a difference!

thick banana shake, make ahead of time for best flavor
Pretty good. I find it is hit and miss for how Keto Chow tastes. I prefer the flavor of this line that uses sucralose, but I still dont want to rely on artificial sweeteners and sweeteners that can trigger my desire for more sweets (no everyone is sensitive). I am keto-vore, so I am especially careful with products I buy. I love that they have a CORE line (stevia) but the flavors kinda fall flat. I dont drink this stuff often, but I like it as "something different" when I just need something... different! Keeps me on track, all considered. Anyway, I was really in mood for something banana and bought this on a whim. I definitely recommend making these shakes up ahead of time to get the maximum flavor (is very bland to start) and texture. Really lovely as a thick banana shake. Plan to play around with how to prepare it. Like, I despise salted butter added to these shakes (despite loving salted butter on and in everything else in my life). Heavy cream is nice. Have yet to try cream cheese. I dont always want a lot of fat in a drink (instead preferring to eat it), but some fat is needed to make best use of the vitamins and minerals. I often use some cream and then use water and or macadamia milk. I havent done much in the way of recipes, but I did decide to use Butterscotch (and some walnuts I roasted) in a tallow bite/fat bomb (basically 1 cup tallow, packet of Keto Chow, enough cream to mix, scoop into molds , top with chopped walnuts, place in freezer. Eat as needed.

829mg of sodium is too salty
have seen the ads on FB but did not want to commit to a subscription. So I bought 1 Keto Chow Chocolate Peanut Butter to see what it was about. I used 24oz of almond milk in my blender and let it rest overnight. I could not believe the saltiness of this healthy drink! 829mg! I am very sodium sensitive and bloat up like a balloon if I even have 1/4 of what is in here. I have been doing Keto for 5 years and no I never have been dehydrated because of lack of salt. I could taste it on my lips all day. Okay so forget about the salt. Since this made 24oz I divided it into 3 meals of 8oz each. It is very thick so I diluted it further. For breakfast I added 1/2 cup black cold coffee to it. this thinned it out a bit and made it more palatable. For lunch I added 1/2 cup almond milk. You really can taste the peanut butter and has a nice aroma to it. It kept me full until I had my normal dinner. For the 3rd 8oz I put it in my bullet with a handful of ice cubes and made ice cream for dessert. This was my favorite! The ice definitely knocked down the sodium taste and was really good! The only way I would buy this again is if they came up with a lower sodium option plan. Then I would be hooked. I would had given it 5 stars if not for the salt.

Banana, butterscotch and pumpkin pie! Yum!!
You know when you keep seeing people promoting a product and you buy and are so disappointed, well not this one! Hype is real! So good!! I just use to flavor drinks and yogurt. A little goes a long way. I add just a sprinkle or teaspoon and adds just the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness to anything! I also made a shake with it and it was delicious!! Definitely buying again! Banana, butterscotch and pumpkin pie are my favorites. Wasn’t a big fan of the blueberry pie. Enjoy!!
