Fantastic customer service.
Bought 2 fine bone china mugs from 'fromeuropewithlove'. Lovely mugs, exactely as described, but one had a slight defect. Contacted the company and within 30 minutes this was resolved and new a mug was in the mail. Absolutely marvelous customer service and I will purchase from them in the future. No hesitation in recommending 'fromeuropewithlove'.

Product arrived before Christmas it was wrapped and put away as it was a present for a family member, when unwrapped (packaging was undamaged) one of the mugs was found to have a hairline cracked in it, not a big problem you would think but the problem stated with this seller, I advised them to which I got a reply -sorry over 14 day returns policy to which I replied that it was bought several weeks before Christmas wrapped and then given as a present and the basically replied sorry over 14 days. This is a very basic issue to resolve but they were unwilling, the product was lovely but damaged no big issue you would think!! I think their quality control before packing need to be resolved, my advice is find another seller save yourself time and hassle, life is too short. Happy new year to one and all X
