I don’t usually leave reviews but this is such a great find ! Holds you in but isn’t suffocating so you can even sleep with it. I am keeping it but also reordering it in a smaller size to get an even tighter. For reference I wear a size small in my latex waist trainer and can only hook it to the middle this one I was able to hook it all the way to the first with not a lot of problems so I know I can definitely fit the xs.

Amazing waist trainer and very comfy at that! No smell to it. I am 5’8 - 137 pounds. usually a US size 4. i bought an extra small. my waist is already a bit smaller than the rest of my body so i’m able to go to the last loop already but it’s exactly what i needed! I was so skeptical because there’s so many but im glad i chose this one!

This is the best shapewear I have ever worn. I had Sono Bello done a few months ago and I was getting tired of the one piece faja’s so I thought I’d try this. It really gives you that “snatched” look. I just ordered another one in a size small. For reference I am 5’9” about 170 lbs and ordered a medium but just now went on and ordered a small. You will not be disappointed with this item. You can’t beat the price or the fit. Order it!

I am 5’0 postpartum 135lbs. I usually order everything in size medium (even if a small fits) According to the size chart I should have gotten a size large (L) or even extra large (XL) since my waist right now is 32inches. I went by the reviews where everyone my size bought a small. So I bought a small and this was comical how small it was. I wrapped it around my back and it hardly even reached my sides. It seems like a great corset waist trainer so I will get the size the chart recommended and see how it goes.

It gives great tummy control, helps improve posture, and the adjustable belt over the hook closure lets you customize the fit for whatever level of compression you want. Functionality-wise, it’s awesome for both everyday wear and workouts—it stays in place and gives solid support without feeling too tight or stiff.The material is thick and feels high quality, but still breathable enough to wear comfortably throughout the day. It had a slight factory smell when I first opened it, but that went away after letting it air out.It was a little tricky to put on the first couple of times—the hooks take a bit of patience—but once it’s on, it feels super secure and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Overall, great functionality, solid support, and definitely worth it for the price!

So I'm 205lbs 5'7" average torso length.The material is very soft and just a right thickness to it. It absorbs sweat well so you aren't left with a sweaty feeling when you take it off, so be sure to wash it as you go.I'm losing weight, so I use these to help shape along the process. I wear an XL womens so I ordered the XL and it fits comfortably on the outer most hooks so I can track as I move it in over time.This is my 1st time buying this brand, I usually buy from Maidenwear, but even with not a long torso, it would dig into my ribs or under my chest and seemed short.This comes down nicely over my stomach and fits right up under my bra so there's no over spill from up top. And it has just enough compression where it's holding you without feeling too tight.If you have back problems, this is a lifesaver also because I often have back pain, but this helps, I don't know if it's the compression, being held straighter, whatever it is, but even when I'm sore, this has helped with making my back feel more comfortable and I haven't had the usual ache from my back while wearing it.I'll definitely be sticking with this brand.

it's good quality but the size I ordered was too small for me. I guess the sizing is for smaller persons, will return and exchange for larger size.
