Very comfortable, great material
So I'm 205lbs 5'7" average torso length. The material is very soft and just a right thickness to it. It absorbs sweat well so you aren't left with a sweaty feeling when you take it off, so be sure to wash it as you go.I'm losing weight, so I use these to help shape along the process. I wear an XL womens so I ordered the XL and it fits comfortably on the outer most hooks so I can track as I move it in over time. This is my 1st time buying this brand, I usually buy from Maidenwear, but even with not a long torso, it would dig into my ribs or under my chest and seemed short. This comes down nicely over my stomach and fits right up under my bra so there's no over spill from up top. And it has just enough compression where it's holding you without feeling too tight. If you have back problems, this is a lifesaver also because I often have back pain, but this helps, I don't know if it's the compression, being held straighter, whatever it is, but even when I'm sore, this has helped with making my back feel more comfortable and I haven't had the usual ache from my back while wearing it.I'll definitely be sticking with this brand.

Cute and gorgeous
amazing waist trainer, would give 10 stars if I could. I ordered a size small my waist is about 27 inches, this snatched me up SO nicely! It’s very comfortable and has great support. It has good coverage. I can easily bend any kind of way without it rolling. The fit is so nice! Very functional will wear for hours at a time.

Very comfortable and breathable
I really love the comfort, fit, and functionality of this trainer. It doesn’t pinch, it’s soft, and does the job.

Works well, but not made for long torsos
I’m a woman in my late 30s, 5’7, with a long torso. Clothing wise, I normally wear a 16 or 18 in jeans, 42F, usually an xl or 1x in t-shirts. My shape is pretty hourglass-y, just with some extra minutes. 😂 I bought this in a 3xl to give support and also to enhance how I look in clothing.Does it snatch your waist?Absolutely it does. My waist measures 39 inches. With this thing snapped on the first row of hooks and the elastic bandage parts wrapped around, my waist measured 34 inches. That’s a pretty remarkable difference for a $20 piece of shapewear.Material:It’s actually kind of soft, it was a little warm, but I didn't find it itchy or unpleasant. I had to lay down to do up all the hooks but it didn’t require any help.Does it roll up when you sit down?YES! One of my biggest issues with it is because it rolls immediately upon sitting. I don’t think it rolls because it’s the wrong size, I think it rolls because it is REALLY freakin short; sadly, this is definitely not made for those of us with long torsos.Because of the short length, if it is worn where it’s meant to be worn to give maximum compression to the waist, it will either create:1) back fat. Yes, your waist will be smaller, but the short length means it ends abruptly at the bra line causing an unflattering overhang of back fat, when without it, the back fat really isn’t noticeable.2) mummy tummy/apron belly/fupa - take your pick on terminology, but if you have a larger or hanging lower tummy, it’s just going to spill out the bottom. There was no way to pull this down more on the hips.Either way, if you have a long torso, it’s gonna be spilling out the top or the bottom. I’m still rating this as a 3/5, because it actually does work and would probably be phenomenal on a shorter torso, but for me, it’s a pass.Hope this helps 🙂

Great if you have a long torso!
This binder is so comfortable, but there are two things: 1) It’s best if you have a long torso. I do and the top of the garment digs in to right under the breast - which means if you have any sore spots there, it’s gonna hit them. And, if you wear an average underwire bra, it’s gonna fight with it. 2) I bought it early in my swelling and quickly realized I should have sized down. However, if you’ve had any work done on your back or underarm area, you’ll be compressing a ‘roll’ into it. I ordered a long line compression bra to see if this addresses the issue.Hooks are great (one came bent, but functional). Having a long torso, I had no trouble with the garment rolling up. Except for the length, it’s comfortable to sleep in and remind you during the day to do your part and tighten those muscles. Easy to wash and quickly hang dry.The nude is exactly the same. I only wish it came in shorter lengths.I’m 5’6” and ~160 (with a small waist) and changed the small for an extra small after 2 1/2 weeks of 360 and tummy tuck recovery.

Loved this for postpartum!
After the initial swelling goes down, I wore this for postpartum. It helped me get feeling back to myself quickly. I still wear it on occasion for extra support. Sturdy good material!

LIFE SAVER!
Literally THE BEST PURCHASE EVER! I had a panniculectomy and really needed a good compression garment to help with swelling. This item exceeded my expectations by far. Does not roll up or down, helps with posture and compresses so well! Very comfortable and can be worn all day/night if need be. I’m 176 / ordered a size S.

Comfortable
It's good for the price. I have no regrets getting it. I would still need something that snatches my waist in some more though (as in an actual waist trainer). This one is comfortable enough to wear at work. Material is soft but firm. I went with recommended size chart. And fit is good.
