Cotton vs Microfiber is a personal choice. One of my sons enjoys these (cotton), and the other prefers more of a performance fabric. They are both great. These cotton ones are made very well, and the fabric is thicker than I thought it would be, is very soft, and definitely fits well. Launders well too.

I have bought for the brand, but the waist band gets loose after several washes. the cotton is great on the skin but keep in mind the underwear's waist band can get loose over time.

these have by far been my favorite boxer briefs i’ve ever owned. never any rips and very breathable in those hot days. not as breathable as something like a cotton stretch blend since these are 100% cotton they’re a little thicker. fabric is nice but i will say i never machine dry these after washing since the shrinkage IS noticeable.

This is my second time to buy this underwear for my kid. The material is durable and comfortable. It's pricey but worthy.
