Cambro EPP400110 Insulated Food Carrier, Black

Just started my catering business and this item met all my needs for transportation to the venue with warm food, proper storage in transit and professional appearance. Will highly recommend for anyone starting off their business or even already established.

Keeps goods hot / cold for as long as 13 hours which is the longest I need. I'm sure it would last longer.

These are light weight and durable. They work perfectly for our small BBQ catering jobs.

I used this food carrier for a two day event. It was small enough to fit in my Corolla, but still held a a lot of product. It was light enough for one person to carry fully loaded and the latches keep the door closed tightly. Door folds 180* out of the way.The spacing seems slightly too wide so some of my plastic food pans would slip out of the pan “guides” or holders on one side. This may have been because the plastic pans are soft and somewhat flexible compared to metal pans - not actually sure.The divider shown in product images was not included.

The media could not be loaded.  It is a very lightweight well insulated thick stryofoam box. It's stackable and fits my chafing dishes...with lids, fits 3. Fits about 5 without lids. I will update after using.

If you do parties, cook a lot of food, or in the restaurant business, this is a must have to keep your food warm or cold. It’s a one hand carry when empty and easy to carry with someone when full. Groove lines and indents makes it stackable to save space. The locking mechanism allows for you the secure the door tightly. And over all, is well worth the money.

We were pleasantly surprised how well this worked - the food stayed very hot for all the hours of the party (we took it out after 4 hours - it was still as hot as it had been when we put it in). I would recommend using very sturdy pans, as mine did sag a bit with the weight of the food - not disposable would have worked better.

Lo usé para mantener la comida caliente durante 3 horas y media, y perfecto. Con bandejas previamente calentadas con agua caliente y tapadas. Media hora antes de poner la comida puse una olla de agua caliente dentro para calentar el contenedor.Todo perfecto, una buena compra.

It works. I put veg and braised meat in for a buffet at about 300C and it stayed hot u til I served it 3 hours later. I’m talking didn’t lose a degree kept hot.
