This is a great product. Heavy duty insulation, coils nicely. Have been using it for over 6 months 2-3 times/week on a temporary solar project. Exceeds my expectations. Decent price as well. Wish they offered a product with a 10-12 gauge ground inside this type of cable. Bought 65’ wish I had got 100’. Ordering that now. Would recommend.

Appears to be real copper. Outer jacket is decent quality and stamped with specs. Have not measured, but might be a little lighter than the claimed gauge. As mentioned by others, can be a tricky to strip outer jacket. I'm using it for running some low wattage led's in a vehicle. Perfect for this and would buy again.

Excellent quality copper wire. The outer, black jacket is very soft, which contributes to its incredible flexibility. Because of this, I found stripping it to be a bit of a delicate process. I was not able to use my wire strippers on the outer jacket. I ended up carefully slicing the jacket about one inch length way on the black/negative side and then I peeled it like a banana. This is the best wire I've found on Amazon and I will definitely be buying more for future projects. Only wish I could buy this wire in 250 foot rolls. Great product and quick delivery. Very pleased!
