Very good machine. Easy to use, once you get used to it. The tank fills quickly, so need to empty a lot. Compact accessories attached to machine, so you don’t lose parts. Light to use. Cleans carpets exceptionally good. Got old stains out that had been there a while. The solution can be expensive, and they state you should use shark solution. I am pleased with it. Would recommend.

I bought this in the Amazon sale but have just used it for first time today.The machine was easy to put together, before I started cleaning I read through the booklet that comes with it, all pretty straight forward had flashing lights twice, first time letting me know dirty water tank needed emptied second because I forgot to tilt the machine back before doing dry mode.I was absolutely delighted to see how this cleaned my carpets, shocked to see how much dirt it collected lol, got more to do and as the machine is so easy to use I'm looking forward to getting the others done.I found it easy to push and pull and the cleaning solution leaves a lovely smell.It's a heavy machine but only if you are lifting it, it isn't heavy to use.

Love this, it is easy to use and very good at its job. Cleans very well as I have dogs and the carpet get very dirty and this cleaned effortlessly. The two settings, push clean and pull extract or just extract mean that it extracts most of the water. Plus the smaller hand tool is great for stairs or curtains and car boots.

Really good cleaner. I have hired a rug doctor in the past but it's now more cost effective to buy one if you want to clean carpets and rugs more than a couple of times a year. Easy to assemble and I liked the ease of use of the cleaner container as well as the one for dirty water.The hose arrangement is poor and the hose keeps falling off and sagging during cleaning which is a downside. Have watched a few videos but the hose continues to resist being attached properly. I wish it was just something you could keep completely separate and if buying another I'd rather have a cleaner do just one job. I don't need to lug a massive cleaner to use a hand attachment. I hadn't realised it was so limiting in handling practice. Loses a star for that.It cleans well and dries equally well and the carpets look just as nice if not better than with the hired steam cleaner so pleased with the results overall and as it was on offer for £150 it was also good value.

Amazing! I have two puppies and have used it every couple of days since I’ve got it.It cleaned up an old carpet with dug in stains in a matter of minutes. It actually looks like the adverts with a clean stripe through the dirt. The spot cleaner is fantastic.I will say it is very heavy so not as easy as I’d like to move it up and down stairs and the filter box fills up very quickly and the water also runs out quickly. However it can normally do a whole room with two tanks. And it’s so effective it can be forgiven its short comings. Seeing how much dirt it’s got out of the carpet is so satisfying too.Not cheap but affordable and well worth the money spent. Especially as accidents are cleaned up in seconds without damaging my back.

I have previously had a Vax cleaner. This Shark cleaner is a much better cleaner. Lightweight and a powerful suction and really cleaned my carpets really well. I also like how you can take it apart and clean the brush and the suction parts. I couldn't do that with my old cleaner. The shampoo is expensive but it left a lovely fresh aroma. I like the attachment that comes with it so you can clean stairs or sofa's and chairs. It's good that you can attach it to your cleaner when not in use. The Shark cleaner is compact and doesn't take up much room in my cupboard.i love it!

Had this for a few months now and can say its incredible. I literally did not think some stains would come out of the carpet and bought just to see if it could make the carpet a little better and I was very surprised when it cleared everything up even an old oil stain that was there for nearly 3 years. The unit has everything you need and find the cleaning solution is cheep in the right shop. My sister has now got the same one after seeing how good my one did the carpets. Only down side is the waste, it fill up fast but good quick release to empty however the hair catcher is difficult to get the hair out unless you use a knife or tooth pick. Apart from that though its definitely worth the price when on discount.

This cleaner is amazing. I have had two Vax machines in the past and the Shark out performs them in every way. The ease of use stands out. It's much easier to remove and reinsert the containers. The cleaning tools are handy by being on the machine with only a leaver to press down when it's needed. Pushing the machine was easier because it is lighter than the Vax and not having to worry about when the cleaning fluid is dispensed, because the machine does it automatically is great. And to top everything off when you finish your cleaning your machine is easy to clean through. All the parts come to bits easily and can be reassembled in a minute. The performance of the clean was superior in my opinion and my carpet dried in a day.
