Following a heavy fall onto my right knee I started to have problems with its mobility. I had a session with a physiotherapist who prescribed regular icing of my knee, both front and back. After a bit of research and checking the reviews I plumped for the Med-Fit ice pack/compression sleeve. This fits around my knee pretty well, given that when it comes out of the freezer it's not entirely flexible and needs a few minutes to conform fully around the joint. I like that there's a flock/soft side which means one doesn't have to use a towel to stop one's skin sticking to it. I've given this four stars for comfort as it's not possible to be fully comfortable with a big old ice pack strapped to one's knee, and not because of any deficiency in the product!The elastic straps enable a very positive fit, both over and under my knee, and the velcro is strong enough not to 'twang' open. It's a tiny bit awkward to fit under my knee on my own, but perfectly achievable. My Missus now gives me a hand on occasion. Overall, this is a very useful and decent reusable ice pack which would do equally well if one were unfortunate enough to need it for an elbow issue, and I'm very pleased with it.

I've tried other ice packs and Medi-Fit Knee Compression sleeve was the overall winner. The lining is soft against my skin and the attached velcro straps make it easy to fit. I can walk around and it doesn't slip, like some others. I feel it is very good quality and value for money. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend it.

Great following knee surgery. Moulds around the knee quickly and attaches well. Ideally I could do with two to alternate but managing with ice cube bags for lesser swelling. Excellent price and quick delivery. Zip pouch for freezer useful too

Excellent product. Works well and can be positioned as required. Would be suitable for most knees of various sizes.

Does it's job

My husband injured his leg and needed ice pack urgently. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any to buy locally, including Boots or farmacies.This ice pack was fulfilled by Amazon and available for same day delivery and arrived well before the latest deadline.It seems to be very well made with soft and comfortable inner material. The straps help secure it in place. It took little time in the freezer for it to get cool, but still soft to shape around the calf.Compared to other products I looked at, it is designed to be used on any part of any limb, instead of knee only, which is a great cool pad to keep in the freezer.It also came with instructions, something you wouldn't expect for this type of product, but because I am usually cautious when using hot or cold, I flicked through and found it helpful.
