Really like these. I find that I feel good when I take them. I have been taking them for about two months now. It keeps me regular in the bathroom and there is no after taste when I take them. They are a little big to swallow but not to bad in a capsule. I love the bulletproof products. This is not the only one of their products I take. I would recommend them great way to get those extras in that we miss in our daily diet.

Wide variety of polyphenol blend. I don’t take the full serving size daily, but incorporate a portion with a diet rich in polyphenols. This is my second bottle, felt great and will continue to incorporate them in my diet

This product works. It will help. It is not a magic bullet or cure-all, but it has made a noticeable difference in energy levels and clarity.

I didn't think that i would actually notice a difference taking this. many times taking supplements is a long term strategy for overall health with benefits reaped over time. but i absolutely notice a brightness in my skin when i take this. Nice!

For what it's worth: I took these for a couple months, along with my other supplements & good diet. I did NOT notice any magic changes in energy, health, etc., although I'm generally very active & healthy. I take these more for preventative & maintenance purposes. I went off them for a couple months and also felt NO different. The Bulletproof brand IS high quality, but you definitely pay a premium for it. I haven't found a cheaper alternative to this particular one, so I'll keep buying it (I did find cheaper/still good quality alternatives to Bulletproof's MCT Oils). My recommendation would be if you have an unlimited supplement budget, go ahead and get these. But if you're on a budget and need to be choosy, I don't know that these should be a priority.
