The centre pin is too small for RG8(X) - otherwise good for the price

The center conducting wire of my standard RG58 50 Ohm cable is too big to fit into the brass part supplied. This means I can't use any of these pieces.

Had trouble crimping the centre pins on the cable I had. May have been the tolerance on the conductor or the pins themselves. will I ever know for sure? I doubt it.

The sleeves supplied with this kit are too large for barrel of the connectorI/D of sleeve 5.52 mm - O/D of barrel 4.47 mm - leaving a gap of over 1 mm for the strands of the coaxial cable screen.Not possible to get a good strong connection
