The front camera's design, especially its low profile, does not attract too much attention, which is ideal as we live in an area prone to car break-ins. Additionally, the camera's solid build quality makes it a reliable choice for us. 2. Supportive customer service. We requested an extension cable for the rear camera as our car is a minivan. We emailed customer support and received their responses overnight. The responsive customer service makes our purchase experience smoother. 3. Easy to set up with good picture quality. The setup process is straightforward, and the adhesive electrostatic sticker is helpful for mounting the camera without damaging your windshield. Furthermore, the 2K/1K video provides vivid recordings. Con: 1. Lack of some customization settings. Although the app is easy to use, it lacks some settings. For example, we were unable to adjust the chime sound, and we hope that future app updates will resolve this issue. 2. Need more ways to connect to the camera. Overall I’m pretty satisfied. For 200 dollars it’s not the best if it was more towards 100 this would be reasonable, the camera quality is pretty okay. The setup is a little confusing and it needs to be plugged in while being used, the little door where your SD card goes doesn’t close and it seems to be a DDPAI issue with all of their products. Although, overall the video footage is good, app process, and you kinda see plates ok not great but overall decent product.

The front camera works great. Beautiful picture. App works great. Intuitive Really good quality pictures with excellent clarity and surprisingly big view. I really like it. I have had the front one working for a couple of months and decided to install the rear camera. The plug is defective. I notified Ddpai with my order number and they “can’t find” my order here, so won’t send me a cable that works. As this seems like a pretty low bar for customer service, I will leave a low review and recommend against this company. If they can send me a cable that works (the plug was broken off), I’ll reassess my review.
