This was one of the best recommendations we got when bringing our puppy home! He absolutely loves it — he naps with it during the day and sleeps with it every single night. The soft plush material feels cozy, and the little heartbeat feature really does help calm him down, especially when we first started crate training. It’s easy to use and clean, and it’s held up beautifully even after lots of snuggles (and a few puppy bites!). You can tell it gives him comfort — he’ll curl right up next to it every time. I bought this for my senior Husky/GSD mix. It is perfect! She has been cuddling with it for almost an hour now. She isn't chewing it or thrashing it around like a toy. The heartbeat is low key but perfect. She lost her best friend a few months ago and this seems to bring her some comfort. This heartbeat puppy is a bit smaller than it appeared, but it doesn't matter. She clearly loves it. When I reached in to try to move it, she put her front paw on it and looked at me like, "Oh no you don't!" It's very soft and comfortable. I think the quality is pretty good (so far). I wasn't sure about something like this for a big dog like a Husky/GSD mix, but she is loving it. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has a single dog. It's really soft, cute, cuddly, and the heartbeat is the clincher. Great little cuddly puppy for my lonely senior dog. Not only is the price fair, I'd pay twice the amount for it having now seen my dog's response to it. Worth every penny!

Our puppy loves it & it seems to help her stay calm in her crate! It seems to be holding up well with her, but I’m not sure it would be “super chewer” friendly. Sometimes it’s great to go with off brand products to save a little bit of money - I would say it was the right choice this time around!

It works! I was skeptical at first but was desperate to find a companion for my dog. We had to put his mate down last month and he seemed to be depressed ever since. The day I received this, I turned on the heartbeat module and put the puppy toy in his bed. He immediately laid his head on it and relaxed, and it seems to be helping. I only wish the heartbeat module was rechargeable, but this isnt a complaint, just a wish-list.

This is a cute toy, but I haven't seen a noticeable difference in my puppy's behavior with this dog. She is 16 weeks old and doesn't calm down at all. I also have a concern about the velcro closure access to the battery pack. It is really not a secure closure and she had worked it open already.

Pros - my kitten loves to snuggle it and the late night and early morning meows/crying have lessened as she's feeling safer with her companion in her new surroundings. Cons - a small animal is not able to trigger the heartbeat button on their own, only a person is able to. Also, 8 hours for it to run is a bit long. I just need it to run long enouch for my cat to snuggle and fall asleep, and easy enough to turn it on themselves if they wake up and need to be comforted.
