As a lifetime member of the Always Cold club, I was thrilled when my husband got these for me for Christmas. Though we live in SoCal, it does get cold at night (especially in the winter), and taking my dog for her evening walk is often a frustrating exercise in trying to stay moderately warm. What I love the most about these little electric warmers is how effective they are -- with three settings, they do get HOT! And they fit right in my coat pockets when I need to use my hands. Yay convenience! What annoys me, though, is that the battery life doesn't seem to last nearly as long as advertised. I find that if I only use them during those evening walks, which last about 20 mins, I still have to recharge them every other day or so. That's not a hard task, of course, but if I forget that means I'm back to walking around as Cold Hands Luke. The other minus for me, personally, is that I can't help but feel like they look like GIANT animatronic water-bug-roaches. This is definitely a *me* problem, though, and not a problem with the product. ...I just wish they didn't make me recoil in horror for the millisecond I pass by them sitting on a tabletop in dim lighting.

These handwarmers are great! I bought them for my husband's Christmas stocking 2 years ago, and they are still going strong! Buying another set to give to my FIL this year.

Work very well and they kept my hands warm all day!

I bought it for my wife who is going through dialysis and she says it's really cold inside so it helps keep her hands warm and from sniffing up.

Hottest mode is too hot!
