An absolute saviour
My car was diagnosed with renal failure and the vet recommended a special diet, I purchased Royal Cabin at the vets but my Cat would not touch it which was distressing. Saw postings on internet of similar stories and suggesting Hills renal food. My Cat is eating this just like her normal food, I am over the moon

A good product
I mix this with my usual dried food and remarkably my cats eat it. The one with kidney problems even ate a bowl not mixed. It's good.

Depends on taste
Arrived promptly and I am sure it’s delicious though my cat gets bored quickly. She has CKD but likes a nice stew or smoked anything. As with all these foods it would be great if small, ‘taster’ packs, reasonably priced, were available to try them out on your cat.

A waste
This renal care cat food was recommended and supplied by my vet - basic problem is that it's in gravy and the cat just licks the gravy off leaving all the solids. Complete waste of an expensive food. There is no version in jelly apparently.Sticking with normal cat food plus phosphate binder instead.
