This product is very compact with lots of nutritional value which is fantastic when someone is struggling to eat. They can be drank cold or just as they come which makes them handy to keep in your bag when it might be difficult to get a nutritional snack. These would also be good to take hiking or as a post work out drink.Considering the price of so many protein products now they are great value for money.
