The belt is high quality, and the connection is increased by using the enclosed handy mini spray bottle for water mist. This set-up does not need adhesive strips like some other stimulators do, so no additional recurring costs. The controller which is kept in place by magnets is easy to read, easy to use, and easily attached and removed. Getting started takes less than a minute. The belt is easy to put on and fits comfortably and snuggly using the Velcro fastener. One can choose from several different settings as well as easy to control large selection of intensity settings. No special cleaning is needed, although I do wipe off the inside pads after each use. I am very happy with this product and believe that the price is fair for what you get.

Magnets are a little weak holding the control to the belt, I had some 3M super strength molding tape put a small piece on the back of the control then connected the 4 magnets. It has not fallen off since.Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.I do like the material on this belt compared to another stimulator belt I have that's vinyl and crinkles when wearing because of my over weight.I had to add a extension for my larger size and it works very well.Long life with the batteries.

I was not sure what to expect out of this belt, never having purchased anything like it before. See to work, stomach muscles are sore after use. It truly feels as though I did sit-ups or crunches. Have used the belt for almost 3 months a couple times a week. Construction of belt seems A+ and it will work your muscles!

I've been using this abs belt for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed. It's surprisingly powerful and you can really feel it working your abs. It also charges super fast, which is a huge plus. Overall, it's a great product if you're looking to tone your abs with some extra help!

I had actually purchased one of these ab stimulator belts maybe 20 years ago when they first showed up on TV infomercials, and it was terribly useless. They did require constant gel applications, and it felt more like being electrocuted then any actual stimulation of muscles.I decided to give these a try to complement my regular workout schedule, so I use this twice a day on setting zero and an intensity level of 9, both in the morning and the evening. I can definitely feel my front muscles and my obliques being engaged. Very rarely does it give off that electric feeling, and that's usually just because not enough water is sprayed on the pads (which is fantastic, instead of having to buy gel refills). I appreciate the fact that the small mechanism that controls the belt is USB rechargeable and seems to last at least five or six rounds without having to be charged.Once I see visible results on my abs, I will definitely update this listing and post photographs. Until then, so far so good with this, and I am pleased.
