Replacement fit exactly, works perfectly.
The unit arrived when scheduled. It was an exact replacement for my defective unit. It took only 5 minutes to install and works perfectly.

Dead on arrival
Paperweight. I took a chance on ordering a used inverter from amazon and the inverter arrived completely dead, obviously amazon did not check the inverter for function before they sold it again to me. Here’s a tip for anyone ordering one of these, check for a rattle inside the inverter housing, I found a washer bouncing around in mine and I saw a YouTube video where the same thing happened to them. The 12v terminal hardware isn’t put on tight enough at the factory in China and the loose metal parts get inside the housing where they can cause a short. I removed the loose washer from mine before bench testing it but I’m guessing the first customer did not and fried the electronics. I used a multimeter and read through the entire manual before coming to the conclusion that it is completely dead. Magnum is a great company and I bought it thinking this was one of their high quality products but after looking at the construction I’d say it’s no better than any other cheap China inverter and definitely not worth the retail price of $350, go with a cheaper pure sine option.
