The measuring lines really Helpful!
I make sourdough bread and this really helps during the strech and fold/bulk rise phase for knowing when my bread has doubled in size. For anyone who needs the measuring lines, really recommend.

Doubt whether it’s stainless; should not even be sold
Every time I’ve used this bowl it throws another layer of oxidation. When I scrape the bowl for the last of the dough I get a gray sludge. None of my other stainless bowls do this. Sadly I discovered this while away and my return window has closed. And I’m unable to load a photo of the problem.

Just the right size for mixing up most anything.
I like the size, rubber grip on the bottom, the measurements marked and the handle to hold to. Easy to clean

Not for stovetop use
Didn't notice the silicon bottom, so less useful for soap making than I'd planned. Still nice to have an extra large non reactive bowl with a spout and handle.

Not a true pour spout like in photo
Beware, bowl does not actually have a true spout indentation as indicated on the photo. It’s just an indentation under the lip of the bowl.Sent the first one back for a replacement cause I thought it was just a defect, it was not. Second one came with the same issue and in addition to that, the measurements inside of the bowl were crooked. I wouldn’t recommend this bowl if those two things are important to you. Handle is also super tight and I can’t even fit my hand underneath it.
