Dilmah Ceylon tea (English Breakfast) First impressions: Nice boxes of tea bags. They come packed together in packs of 3 boxes, each with a sealed bag inside. Installation/setup: Brew 3 to 5 minutes with freshly boiled drinking water. Final thoughts: I like the flavor of this tea. I like strong tea so I actually brew it longer. I find it does get a bit bitter but I like it strong and don’t mind the bitter flavor. The bags have a minimum amount of tea in them, so I usually use more than one depending on how much tea I am making. I like it cold for sweet tea as well, it holds up to the sugar and still has a good flavor. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

This has a rich, bold flavor. I usually only brew it for about a minute or less, so it doesn't get bitter. But it's rich enough to brew a second time, and at least there's a lot less caffeine in the 2nd brew compared to the first, so I can drink a cup in the evening, too. Each box is self-contained but not wrapped or sealed with plastic. The tea bags are lined up but loose inside. When I open a box, I store the tea bags in a jar or tin. Mine were very fresh. I tend to drink only decaffeinated tea in the evenings, and have been disappointed by the flavor profile of decaf English Breakfast tea. So I will just stick with the brands that do have caffeine and limit my consumption.

I was surprised at how much I like the flavor of this tea. For an inexpensive bagged tea, I thought it was pleasantly flavorful. I usually drink organic full leaf teas these days so, with that in mind, I was pleasantly surprised at the good flavor of this tea. We will use it mainly for making my husband's iced tea, although I made a hot cuppa like I normally do for the purpose of this review. I do like the new designs on the box and find it eye catching too.
