The media could not be loaded. It arrived the same day that I ordered it. The box and the way it was packed were first class. I was impressed before I even took it out of the box. I do like the thoughtful additions that came with it, especially the corner cutter, which I tested on a square corner. I could have done with this over the last 23 years of laminating. I got this as my old laminator takes so long warming up. I timed this new laminator and took a photo of the impressive results. On my tests I used my own pouch for the A4 and their pouch for the A3. I should have moved my printer as it would have made it a lot easier. For the A3 I popped the laminator in the middle of a flat cabinet top and it proved so easy to load and retrieve the results. Bear in mind I was also holding a camera. I chose the 125 setting for my own A4 pouch and the 80 setting for their A3 pouch. Both went through so quickly and quietly. My old laminator made a noise. So, I would highly recommend this model and know you won’t be disappointed.

Bought the maxone specifically to use for foil transfer as my old laminator had worn out.I was surprised by how much lighter this one was compared to the older A3 laminator.It's simple to set up and use. plug it in, switch on and choose which setting you want. Once the green light icomes on with a loud beep it's ready to use.Tried a couple of laminating pouches first, 125micron with 80gsm paper inside and it handled those with no warping or under fused areas.I then tried it with a sandwich of a toner print, gold transfer paper wrapped in 80gsm paper. Clicked on the foil settings and waited a few minutes after the beep before running it through. Did that twice just to be sure. On peeling of the foil the large text was perfect although the much smaller text had a couple of black marks where the foild didn't stick.Very pleased with the result.Will update with a couple of photos when I get the chance

I originally bought a smaller/cheaper laminator from a competitor. But found it wasn't doing much for me with laminating my stickers so i spoke to a friend of mine in a similar business and he recommended this one.From day one i was really pleased, it arrived with a bunch of extras I hadn't been expecting which have been really helpful. But the features of the laminator make it well worth the price alone. The buttons are all touch functions, and allow both hot and cold but also has a setting for foil. It also has a range of settings for different thicknesses of laminate. Which my cheap laminator didn't.Absolutely fantastic piece of kit, if you're considering between this one and a cheaper one, go for this one. Rather than what i did and end up buying one after the other anyway haha

It is still early days, but it has great functionality so far woth loads of different temperatures for different thicknesses of laminates and paper it came with a bunch of extras, can also be used with cold laminates. I especially love the cute little corner cutter, I can't tell you how much this will help me as I usually round the corners with scissors. Customer service also so far has been good, sent an email to activate my warranty yesterday and came to work to an email stating it was done.

I bought this laminator for my wife for Christmas,it heats up quickly,is quiet in operation,seals laminating pouches excellently and has different functions such as cold laminating.Its the best laminator we have bought ,value for money,bonus laminating sheets in the box and a two year warranty.I highly recommend this laminator it's the best one I've bought.Our previous laminator was noisy and slow.

Tried this out as soon as we received it, it heated up fairly quickly, but then started smoking and smelling very hot, but put that down to it being new!!Put the first pouch through, came out full of air bubbles and rippled, so tried a second pouch, exactly the same, (we use 150 micron pouches). Very disappointed as our old laminator is fab and makes everything rigid, just takes so long to heat up.We have not tried thinner pouches as we don't have any, so cannot comment on that, but would not recommend to anyone using thicker pouches,Fortunately Amazon are issuing us a full refund, after asking if we had read the manual 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😂

We bought the laminator for our nursery after our previous one stopped working. It has been really efficient, quick in heating up, beeping to let us know when its ready and a positive all rounder!

I bought this laminator last week for some A3 projects and have already used it a few times. It’s fast, easy to adjust for different pouch thicknesses, and much quieter than other laminators I’ve used before. I’m also very pleased with its stylish, shiny black finish! 😀
