Great product! Whist you don’t get steam as such, a small amount of menthol in some hot water works wonders and lasts for quite some time. It’s so much easier than a steam bowl and tea towel, and portable which is great. I’m finding it really helpful with reducing coughing whilst also helping to clear my chest. A friend recommended it to me and I’m glad I got it!

Had the chesty cold for a few weeks now with wheezing and coughing so decided to give this a try With only a couple of granules in the hot water my breathing was instantly eased and it’s such a relief Same effect as putting menthol vapour rub into a sink of ht water with a towel over your head but way less messy and more effective Best money I have spent in years

Its ok but the water you can use is nt really hot enough to get the best results...the crystals supplied are very strong so use with caution..we ve gone back to boiling water in a bowl and towel over your head

Previously had an electric facial steamer and wouldn't buy another after using this one. It's obvious easy to use, i can sit and watch the tv whilst using it, it does the job. As with all facial steamers don't put too many crystals in as they are very strong.

This is very handy to have if you are struggling with congestion. Menthol crystals need to be used sparingly as strong. Does help to loosen mucus. Would like mask to be a bit more sturdy with a cushioned edge for face. I find it more convenient to use than sitting with a towel over my head with a bowl of hot water. Think it’s a safer option as well.

Having a bad cold .my nose was really blocked up and causing me bad headache I brought this steamer .and so glad I did .really help my breathing. The only thing I would say use a tiny bit of the menthol crystals and its very strong the first time I used it.i put to much.and it nearly blew me away. I would definitely recommend this.and a good price to.
