Faulty item
This item was bought for my guest bedroom and has only been used twice. I contacted the manufacturers in May explaining the fault with a pillow slip falling apart at the steam leaving a 4 inch hole. As I hadn't reported the manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase they could not do anything. This item is faulty and should of been exchanged or refunded under the customers consumers act.
