Yikes! Another expensive pamphlete
Just received this book ... it's only 132 pages. I haven't even cracked it open (I hate when folks review books they haven't read. I will revise this review once I have). However, I'm completely shocked that this expensive book is so thin. The content looks promising, but it had better be golden to justify the high price.

Best book
This book is an excellent introduction for those new to the world of LLMs. It explains a complex subject in an easy-to-read format that is ideal for beginners. The book is rich in content, with practical Python examples that are invaluable for hands-on learning. While it's not designed for experts, it provides a comprehensive overview for beginners. A basic understanding of Python is necessary to fully appreciate the book, making it a perfect starting point for anyone wanting to explore the capabilities of GPT in Python applications.

Useful book but ludicrously overpriced
This is a good book as far as it goes and the authors deserve credit for distilling a complicated topic into an easy to read format. When reading it, it helps to understand python. That said, the book is very slight and the price is very high. Ordinarily O'Reilly books are good value for money. The best example of that are Learning Python and Programming Python by Mark Lutz which are both about a tree worth of paper for only £50. This book is not value for money. It should retail for circa £25 max. For that reason I can only award it two stars. If it retailed for a sensible price, it would deserve 4 stars.
