RiceSelect Sushi Rice for Sushi and Japanese Food, Premium Gluten-Free Short-Grain Rice, Non-GMO, 32-Ounce Jar

This is fine quality rice. I usually get this at the grocery store, but they didn’t have any so I ordered it here. For those that haven’t had it as you may see it is a short grain white rice. I typically use my tiger rice cooker. I give my rice to princess and then I fill the water by about one and a quarter the rice so if I have one cup of rice, I will do one and 1/4 cup of water. I let it sit in the rice cooker for an additional 10 minutes Before I go open it. Every time it comes out perfect. Nice and sticky and fluffy but not mushy. I have a big appetite, but I find that half a cup of rice with some veggies and a little protein mixed in is a perfect lunch.

This is a very good race wonderful taste. Cook something very easily.

I've never made rice for sushi so I was a bit worried that it'd come out really wet and without enough stickiness to it, but I followed the recipe exactly and some cooking tips from a sushi chef that's a friend of mine and VIOLA, perfect!! It may be on the expensive side but the quality makes up for the added cost, IMHO. ;)

The rice is perfect for sushi it’s sticky enough! And so delicious.
