Not a gel but a powder
This brand is supposed to be a good one but very disappointed to discover on opening that the ‘capsules’ contain a powder not a gel, which is not specified in the description. Will be asking for a refund even though I’ve taken the seal off.The gel is much more bio available. The powder hardly at all. Frustrating.
