I’ve spent a rough total of $285 on this shampoo the last 15 months by purchasing one bottle a month for $19. I have lost at least 1/3 of my fullness and I regret spending that much on this product. I kept purchasing because I wanted to give it a good amount of time before making a judgement call but I am officially DONE. Would love a refund but most of all my hair back.

Oh well, good things usually take time, like weight loss and waiting for hair to grow, the first thing I noticed was that this was kind of a small bottle for it's price. On the other hand if it can help with my extreme hair loss, it will be well worth it. I hate having to wait at least 5 minutes before I rinse this shampoo out. I'm very fidgety and it is so hard! Since I take showers, I have to turn the water off and sit on my shower stool for that 5 minutes twiddling my thumbs. If I was able to take a bath instead, it would be alright. It doesn't suds up, but I've always heard lather isn't necessary, it's more of an invention to make soaps and shampoos appear to be doing something. The smell of this shampoo isn't unpleasant, it kind of has a hint of what an everyday salon shampoo smells like with a little perm solution thrown in. I do like that I know what more of the ingredients,than not, are. The biggest pro this shampoo has for me right now, it doesn't cause my scalp to break out in little pimple like bumps all over, the way similar shampoos have done in the past.
