I was nervous ordering through amazon but I called the number listed for help to ask about our custom order and talked to a real human who was in California. I placed the order and it was done SO FAST. I had them in 3 days with expedited shipping, not even kidding. They are centered/straight, well done, and great quality. We were need of custom badge ribbons for our company’s largest event of the year on extremely short notice. Due to the uncertainty of processing and shipping time, I was able to contact the vendor who graciously listed a phone number in the product page. I was reassured of the timeline and sure enough they came through with flying colors. The customization was perfect and the product was exactly what we needed. These ribbons are great. Right size, right colors, clear writing, great adhesive. Fast delivery. I will be going back to them for more ribbons as I use them at conventions I attend.

When I placed this order I didn't realize I couldn't use specialty characters. Rather than cancelling the order, they reached out to me and asked what I wanted to do and there we made my idea come to life, without altering the shipping timeline. Which was amazing, because I was ordering them SO close to the event that I needed that at! So good! I'll definitely be reordering in the future!

The ribbons that I ordered were printed and delivered very quickly. The quality and appearance of the material was good. My only issue with my order - and the reason for four stars rather than five - was that the letters of the single word printed on the ribbon were spaced so closely that several of them were touching. There was plenty of available room on the ribbon for more standard spacing so I can only assume that someone set the kerning a bit too close when formatting the text for the printing process.

I will absolutely be ordering from you guys again!! These ribbons came in so quickly and they look amazing! Thank you again!!
