Perfect size for my 4, 7 & 8 year old boys. They don't turn very well but hopefully not much turning when we're walking through the airport. The kids can open & close them by themselves & the light up wheels are super fun. Very happy with these.

This saved our butts at the airport with our sloth like 5 year old! It’s a little hard to steer but she managed well enough. She actually had fun and got some energy out getting to the gate. Plus, she “carried” her own luggage! I adore and recommend this to any small children with a little self restraint

I purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter in June of 2024. Because it is a suitcase for travel it has been used only twice...one to go to a sleepover at a home three blocks away in the summer and last week for an extended trip that required a long walk thru O'Hare Airport. With clothes for a week in it the item was unusable almost immediately. It appears one wheel is mounted a bit incorrectly, causing the suitcase to veer to the left when pulling it. The family had to carry it thru the airport! I call vendor to ask for a repair or replacement...yes it is out of warranty but this is not an everyday item. I offered to pay to send it back. I sent a photo of the wheel. The vendor refused to do anything and said Amazon would take care of it! I called Amazon and was told they could do nothing for me...understable, it is not Amazon's fault. Very disappointing customer service from the vendor for a $100. item.

Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing design, but does not turn. My daughter had a hard time maneuvering bc it could only go straight. My 8 year old sons tried it and they also had a difficult time turning. Even if they tried to lean they would just simply fall over. As something that was supposed to help us get through the airport quicker, it delayed us more bevause daughter kept having to jump off the scooter and adjust the positioning. Love the idea, wheels just need some flexibility to allow turning.

Back wheel fell off scooter at first use. Terrible! My daughter was very sad at the airport.
