This is the best version of CoEnzyme Q10 that's most easily absorbed by the body. I read that this is equivalent to 400mg ofCoEnzyme Q10. I take it for fertilty, low AMH. Great service, good price. No problems.

Very happy with this product. I ordered three bottles and got packages with extra 20% per bottle, which was great:-) I came across Ubiquinol on Dr. Mercola's site, and decided to give it a go. Apparently you body does not produce enough Q10 after certain age. Being 37y and flying almost every week, I consider I should try it. After two weeks of taking Solgar product, I noticed increase in my energy levels, especially in the morning, being able to get up and do immediately to be move without having to drink 3 coffees. And my sleeping improved as well. I am taking some other Solgar products (Zink, K1 Vitamin) and would definitely recommend taking this one. Try it and see if it helps.

Solgar and Swanson do the best value Ubiquinol I can find - at high enough dosage (100mg or 200mg - anything less is no good for me really). I should probably save all this ubiquinol money and buy myself a private jet though - boy this stuff is crazy expensive. But I wouldn't eat cruddy food, or drink cheap gross wine, so I need to know my supplements are on the same level or it's all pointless, eh?

When you are over 45 you don't process co enzyme Q10 anywhere near as well as a 25 year old. Ubiquinol is the processed form ofCo-Q10 and is easily assimilated into the blood stream. So if you want, or need Co-Q10 this is the way to get it. For what my word is worth I recommend this product. Try it! If it works well and good - if it doesn't then you probably didn't need it any way. The price is reasonable.

See my previous reviews of the product by different brands. All excellent. Just make sure it's a KANEKA QH product. Slightly more expensive but as usual, you get what you pay for.

Whilst I think Solgar is a good quality make, I thought this item was rather pricey as you really need to take something for a least three months before you see true benefits
