First, there were no directions as to how to use. Second, once I guessed that it's a fizzy tablet and dropped two tabs into 16 oz of water it left a brownish scum on top. Very disgusting!I scooped out the scum and drank it. The taste was bearable but not even close to lemon - lime. I'm just glad it didn't taste like fish.I did not notice any post work out advantage.

Your product was great. I will continue to use it on a daily basis. Excellent body response for hydrating my body at the cellular level. Great products you guys would recommend it to everybody. Taste was absolutely awful, very fishy tasting. And then I looked at the label to see it's salmon protein. So, if you like salmon soda (yes, it's fizzy), go for it.

I have never liked pre-workout because of the jittery feelings it would give me, but this gave me a nice energy boost without those icky side effects. It felt like a natural, clean energy and the flavor was nice (lemon lime) as well. It's definitely better ice cold than warm and I felt more recovered after my workout. Would recommend!

I’ve been using unbroken for a few days now, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results.This electrolyte mix has made a noticeable difference in my hydration levels, especially during and after workouts.
