What's perfect for my restoration project

Size was perfect for a sedan. Practical, and easy to maneuver. Good adhesion. Seals every corner.

It's not a bad product. Just not what I was looking for.

I guess my Toyota 4runner with its only 4million sold in the US alone is one of those totally uncommon cars. This strip is garbage and doesn't even come within a 1/2 inch of my window.

Got this to replace the rubber that was worn on my car. This did the job. Comes in a roll so you have some waviness to the rubber but keeps the weather out.

The seal around the back liftgate windshield on my 2004 Toyota Sienna had gone bad. We were doing a road trip in blinding rain for about five hours and our stuff in the back got soaked. I set out looking. Dealers wanted literally a couple hundred bucks for a set of seals. I knew eventually I couldw find something. I combed Amazon for months and kept coming up empty. Finally I saw this and it sure looked like it would fit the bill. I questioned my ability to be able to install it. I rolled the dice, decided to give it a go. It took maybe ten minutes to install. I took the time and effort to clean the groove thoroughly with some rubbing alcohol and let it dry. This seal went in easy as pie and it has stayed put. The self-seal adhesive works like a charm. It's rained like crazy for days since then, and I've driven road trips in thunderstorm conditions, and that back of my van stays dry as a bone! This is your ticket for the 2004 Sienna.
