New shocks turned car into a rattle can
My 170,000 mile Chrysler 300 needed a suspension update. Working on a budget i bought this set. The struts fit and are working just fine after 3 weeks. They even lifted tbe front by 2 inches. The rear shocks fit but has turned the rear into a rattle can. I even replaced the upper mounts to no avail. Their online chat is never manned. Sent 2 emails and no reply. The shocks rattle on short quick compression use. Suck as when driving over road cracks. This has driven me nuts. Went to rock auto to order replacements. In short do not order this set.UPDATE just installed new shocks one week later. IT WAS THE SHOCKS FROM DETROIT AXLE that made all of the noise and started to fail internally. Installed Monroe and the short test drive proved it. Still waiting to hear from Detroit Axle........Maybe a road trip to go visit in person. Hate to see other people end up with junk parts.

..
Front struts were same as old ones, the rear shock were about half the with of my old ones and the old ones were even stiffer than the new ones. So I left the old ones on the car...
