Q: just bought this machine and it travels while spinning? Any clues to stop this?

Yes it happened to us! You need to take off the travel brackets on the rear of the machine. It doesn’t tell you this clearly on the instructions!!! Had to phone the helpline. The guy who answered our question clearly didn’t enjoy his job and had attitude!

Q: Is installation included and done at delivery as i dont see any details in checkout

I paid for amazon service and paid extra 40 if I remeber right (depend on size and weight). Mine washer was super heavy 75 kg . Instalation are super easy one forcold water otherto waist pipe for dryerwater andwater out . If youbeed details all coming with awasher ... drenage pipes and all seals... bottom is sealed with special plate so no crappy stuff craul inyour floor.

Yes this is what was happening with me, I had many calls with Amazon who said they were going to investigate but then told they didn’t as the £168 price is for the product to be sold by Cannon if you then add any services although it gives you a price of £3, £12, £21 for each service the price will change to £250 because it’s no longer cannon selling it it is Amazon and they charge you Amazon prices which is very misleading! Amazon refuse to change it or let people know about it as they say it’s not misleading

Q: I bought this washing machine and i waited 2 weeks for delivery. Today i got email from amazon that my order was cancelled. Do you sell this or not??

I ordered on the 12th august, it’s still not been dispatched and I’ve had no update from the seller. Seems they’ve put the price up now too
