I used this product twice before starting going to the gym. I wanted to try it out before going to the gym, to see how effective this actually is, because once you change your lifestyle (gym, food, massages, etc.) it's very difficult to see the individual effects of a product.Just as it said on the packaging, I used the mud for 3 days in a row and then 2 times a week. I bought two jars of 500g each and they lasted me for 7 applications. However, I am petite, so depending on your height/weight and the surface of the body which you want to cover you might need more or less of this product.In my case, it was very effective and I could see the difference after the first application. The product "sucks" out the excess water underneath the first layer of skin, so you get a much smoother look of the skin. Therefore, one should not expect unrealistic results (i.e. loss of weight, toned skin,etc.) which one can only achieve by having a healthy and balanced diet and a regular work-out regime. The Mud is not a complete solution, but it is definitely something which can complement a beauty regimen.

OK I am quite a cynic when it comes to cellulite products. I've tried a few things and have been left out of pocket and disappointed but this product is the exception.Guam comes in a big pot of, basically, green slime that you smear over your orange peel areas - thighs in my case. Then you wrap yourself in cling film like a left over sausage and bake in your own juices for 45 minutes. The mud is cool to the touch but as your body temperature activates it you will notice a tingling of the skin... and if you lose the end of the clingfilm and don't wrap up quickly it can sting so get your covers on as quickly as you can - it's obviously very potent.The fragrance is not particularly unpleasant and the gloop rinses off readily in the shower (it doesn't set or anything). The product seems to draw fluids out of the affected areas and when you do rinse off you will notice some reddening of the skin (manufacturers suggest a patch test).The instructions specify that you do it consistently over three days, then dropping down to alternate days and then finally using just once a week, or even once a month depending on the extent of your issues and other dietary/lifestyle factors.I have just completed my third application and have used the whole tub. Apart from the extra smoothness of the skin I have noticed a distinct reduction in the appearance of the cellulite and I have ordered my second jar without hesitation. My thighs look slimmer although I regard this as a temporary benefit as it draws fluids out of the skin and surface tissue which I guess the body will naturally replace over time. This is afterall a cellulite product, not a weight loss product; be under no illusion there!I was very pleasantly surprised that this product genuinely does work from the first application. I would recommend anyone worrying about their bikini bodies this summer or who feels (like I did) that middle age has hit them over the head and destroyed their self-confidence with a porridgey backside and a thickening waistline to order this product today. It is superb!PS it is messy and it does require some time. Send the kids off to gran's, your husband to the pub and slap on the slime. You really will not be disappointed!

I’ve been using Guam on and off. First time age 16. It always worked and this is just another example that it’s made just the way they made it in the past. It works and makes me look slim in just 45 minutes

Excellent product - will work if you have a good diet and do exercisesNot a miraculous mud but the best product you can use for your legs

i wanted to buy this product based on the same brand and name I used in Czech Republic and was so excited but this one even if I do the same application it has no tingling or warmth. Not sure what this is, the packaging and all is the same but the effect totally different.
