Great value + highly recommended
I was amazed when I tried these - they stay in my ears properly AND they let me hear what is going on around me.I bought them as a cheap alternative to numerous troublesome Bluetooth headphones (always need charging, don't clip on properly) for when I go out walking and cycling.I wasn't expecting much, but they really do stay in the ears without feeling intrusive and feel like you can wear them all day. They are featherlight, which adds to the wearability.I mostly listen to podcasts and radio when I'm out exercising, so sound quality does not have to be hifi standard. These SHQ1300 go loud without distorting, however. They do have a slightly "fizzy" top end - slightly overdone treble - but it is not wearing and can actually help when listening to speech. As for music, the bass and treble are good enough and I would have to say quite enjoyable. Their sound profile, whatever shape the experts might say it is, produces a sound that is full of energy, making pop very listenable. All in all, for the price I'm really impressed - and at this price I thought I could easily replace them if they got lost or damaged, but now I find myself being really fond of them as they do such a good job. Seem tough and hardwearing, too - and they come with a tech fabric pouch for storage.I have the orange and white ones - not a colour I'd choose, but I suppose they do stand out.On top of all this, they also let in a decent amount of noise from outside - you can hear when a dog barks near you or there is a car behind you. I now find myself choosing to use these headphones over all the others (costing many times more) I have stashed away when I'm out exercising - they're that good!Thank you Philips for putting some great common sense and design into the basics :-)

Great for the price
These headphones are not amazing and if you love your bass, do not bother. However, for me to drown out some noise, work out and get in my bubble, they're perfect. The sound is clear but as I said... EDM, house, deep tones in blues As well would probably be lost on these headphones. For the money I think they're great though. They are the most comfortable and stable headphones I've ever bought. I do rebounding and HIIT sessions with these on, and they do not fall out, no matter how many burpees or whatever I do. I will use them for working out, they're cheap so if they get broken there's no issue buying some more.Happy with them!

would definitely recommend for that purpose alone
These are cheap and cheerful, I use the earpiece adapter on my apple earphones, works perfectly and holds well in my ears...would definitely recommend for that purpose alone.

These lock in to the ear really well and are very comfortable. Yes
For the price had reasonably low expectations but more than pleasantly surprised. Tried numerous 'sports' type earphones but always either felt uncomfortable or low volume (on my S6 which). These lock in to the ear really well and are very comfortable. Yes, they let in ambient sound (which I wanted as I'll be using these for cycling\running) but the volume is more than sufficient and the sound is a lot richer and more defined than I expected. For £7.99 these are definitely worth the 5 stars.

Great for training
It stays on your ear and with the help of the clip on it, you could attach to make it more stable while training so that you won't get annoyed with all the cable getting in your way. Sound quality is nice but it could be little better in terms of higher sound output. Overall, it is great product.

arrived with a broken clip
which isn't a big deal as in the rest the headphones work fine, but still unpleasant
