This CILI massage mat full body massager is actually a vibration-heat pad as opposed to a deep kneading or shiatsu massager. It combines heat with the vibration at four spots (shoulder, middle back, rear, and calf). The heat can be run independently without turning on vibration (all you need to do is click on “heat” on the control panel). The massager is lightweight, soft and made of polyester. It can be easily folded up and stowed away after use. It is easy to clean. Caution: do not throw it in a washing machine, rather spot clean it with a moist paper towel. The massager comes with a wired control panel the use of which is very self-explanatory. If you want to use the mat as a heating pad, click on “heat” only. Otherwise, click the on/off button to initiate the vibration, and switch between one of the five vibration modes by clicking on “mode” (e.g., M1 to M5). As a matter of fact, M1 to M5 differs in the alternating of the vibration of the 4 body parts, and the different intervals. I personally like M3, since it stays in every spot longer than other modes (e.g., longer interval). Alternatively, you can customize the vibrations modes by clicking on each of the “shoulder”, “back”, “lumbar” and “leg” buttons. Basically, click on the aforementioned button will turn on or off the buttons, and in the “on” state, the pad will maintain vibration of the spot without “off”. One of my favorite modes is to turn all the fours buttons on and have it run for 30 min till it automatedly turns off. You have three vibration intensities to choose from. I find it that the best place to use the mat is on the bed, floor and my recliner such that the mat could be fully extended. To summarize, if you are looking for a budget soothing pad after a day’s work, this mat is for you. The combination of different vibration modes (spots and intensity), and heating will reinvigorate you after 30 min.

This massager exceeded my expectations. The airflow is strong and pleasant, the vibration is powerful but comfortable, and the heat function warms up the back very well. After using it, my muscles felt much more relaxed and the tension was noticeably reduced. It’s easy to use, well made, and works smoothly. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

In general massage mat is adequate. Provides range of intensity, heat levels, and massage. Biggest issue; strap is not long enough to secure the pad around a typical recliner. I'll have to add length and hopefully velcro it securely.

Looks nice but that's about it. Only because mine came without the charger so I can't use it. Pretty much just a matt. Then get told by customer service of Amazon I could buy a replacement for 17.99 but yet confirm to me that it should had one in the box. I am not interested in spending another 20 bucks to fix there mess up.
