I added this kit under my shelf at work. It works fantastically. The color temperature and tint are spot on and the remote control works well.

These LED lights work very well in my kitchen. I like having granular control over the brightness and color temperature so I can get exactly what I want. I have the lights plugged in to an outlet that is controlled by a wall switch, so I can just use the wall switch to turn the lights on and off. The original package only came with less than 10 mounts, so I messaged the seller and they gave me a $10 refund to reimburse the purchase for additional mounts. The mounts themselves have to be screwed in to the wall, which is more work but I actually prefer it because adhesive could fall off over time. Overall highly recommended.

First: this Amazon listing, annoyingly, has a number of completely different products combined as "sizes". That's really annoying and I'm not sure why the seller has done that — presumably there is some (deceptive or sneaky? maybe!) advantage. I'm reviewing the 3.2' high-density LED strip.The most important thing is: this puts out great-quality light. It's very, very bright at the highest setting (although it also puts out a lot of heat then too.) It's bright enough that I'm happily driving it at 40% for my application (lighting a dim stairwell). And it looks nice from the warmest color temperature all the way up the coolest.It is kind of expensive per length at this length, if you were to try to buy a bunch and string them together. But if you just need a short length, no sense in buying more than necessary.

I used this FCOB light system for a room as an alternative light source to the overhead fan light. Along with the corner bracket system, it was Incredibly easy to install the lights in the brackets as the adhesive works well and the lights are flexible. The remote works seamlessly with the lights, and changing the Kelvin brightness to fit the temperature I wanted was very responsive. Connecting more strings of lights was simple with the solderless connector kit. This light system is a very easy way to add high quality lights anywhere in your home!

Great LED strip I used to replace some weird LEDs in a light fixture. These have excellent colors and smooth density.

The media could not be loaded.  I just purchased the 16 ft kit with power supply and remote.The strip is very densely packed with LED and I really enjoy both the warm and cool colors.There is a serious flaw though which greatly reduces the usefulness of the kit...When using any color in between full cool or full warm, the power supply makes a very noticeable humming sound. This also happens when using a brightness other than maximum brightness. I don't know if this is a problem with my particular power supply unit or if this is a limitation of the model that was selected.I would have stated this issue as a question to the seller but the character limit there is too short so I had to write this as a review. I welcome some feedback from the seller. Hopefully I just have a bad unit and they aren't bundling a noisy power supply with this intentionally. If I don't get any word from the seller I will likely look into alternative power sources, because I quite like the LEDs and I am only disappointed in the AC/DC converter brick.

I was wanting to connect two CCT white COB LED strings together (10m total), so I specifically looked for 24V strips, because the higher voltage supports longer runs. I've done this very successfully with all kinds of LED strips (5050 RGB, 2835, etc.). These were sold as as a 10m set (2 x 5m strips), so you would think they were made to handle having two strings connected. One string by itself is decently bright. But when you plug in a second strip, I would estimate that the brightness of the first strip drops by about 25% and the brightness of the second strip is maybe only 50%. I tried adding a power injection wire which increased the brightness of the second strip a little, but still not full brightness. You can see the effect in the photo. The first strip is on the right, the second strip is on the left. Note that the second strip on the left is dim enough you can clearly see the distinct LED chips, compared to the first strip on the right. The effect was even more visible to the naked eye.I'm using a 24V 10A power supply, which provides more than enough current for these trips. The controller I'm using can handle 7.5A/channel (15A total), which is also much more than adequate for these strips. So the drop in brightness must be due to the high resistance of the LED strips. Even in the description is says that these lights use 13W for 1m, but only 36W for 5m, which means that you are losing almost half the input power over a single strip. Very inefficient. But on the plus side, the low current means they should last longer.The color of the lights is pretty good. With the C02W controller I'm using, the warmest setting is very warm, like a dim incandescent bulb. On the coolest setting they are are a very pure daylight white, not too blue/cool, which is fine with me.

Complete package. Worked right out of the box, and easily broken up to have multiple strips.

We are very happy with the product. I did a lot of research and we settled on the FCOB white light as we wanted a consistent light beam radiating from behind the feature wall. It makes the wall pop and people are very impressed. I didn’t think I’d like the super white until I put it on during mid morning and it gives the wall a cool look.The installation was super easy. I stuck it on to the side of a plywood that had two quotes of Killz sealer as it’s all I had and wanted to white out the plywood. The acrylic tape stuck onto very well and nothing has let go yet. Acrylic tape gets stronger over a few days so remember to press it down again. I bought the extension for these lights and it was pretty simple to join two cables. We are thinking of adding a floating shelf and incorporating a light on the upper side and it would totally be easy to do with some low voltage wire and to splice it.I tried adding mirrors behind on a 45 degree at the top to really shine the light into the roof however they only added like a 15% brightness and I figured it wasn’t worth cutting the rest.We turn it on with a light switch that powers an outlet that we plugged in to. So it turns back on to what it was before it was turned off. The remote let’s you change brightness and whiteness.I’m going to be running these FCOB lights all over the house for accent lighting.Very happy this cheap little kit is a quality product in my opinion and we are very happy with the result. It took me about 30min to run the lighting, do the slice between the extended kit and wire some low voltage wiring to extend the distance between the receiver and the start of the light. The receiver is inside the slotted cabinet.When you buy the connector splice kit for this remember you need the 4 pin connector even though it only uses 3 wires. Pro tip.Anyways 10 out of 5 stars. Very happy

I am using this on top of some built in units in a study to give soft diffused lighting off the ceiling, it works really well. I didn't have to bother sticking it down, it just lies up there, so I can't comment on the quality of the adhesive. I am using a Miboxer zigbee control unit connected to my Home Assistant home automation system to control it, dimming and colour temperature change is excellent. Nice bright strip, gives a good warm soft light to the room.

Depuis quelques mois, pas de soucis, éclairage agréable et aussi réglable comme on le souhaite…. Avec les économies d’énergie à la clef.

Ich kann die COB streifen nur empfehlen, werde mir wahrscheinlich keine SMD Streifen mehr zulegen. Zur Lichtqualität kann ich nichts sagen, für mich machen sie einen guten Eindruck. Höchstens ein wenig wärmeres weiß würde ich mir wünschen, evtl. 2700K. Ich steuere die Streifen mit einem ESP8266 und die LED lassen sich sehr stark dimmen, ohne dass sie flackern. Der Verbrauch von 14W/m stimmt allerdings nicht, realistisch sind eher 10W/m. Sehr hell werden sie allerdings trotzdem. An die Rezessionen, die bemängeln, dass kein Controller/ Netzteil beiliegen: Es gibt auf Amazon eine Produktbeschreibung. Man kann dort lesen, was alles beiliegt. Wer damals in der Schule nicht den ganzen Tag Kreide holen war, wird aus dieser herauslesen können, dass hier nur der Streifen verkauft wird :)
