It is Fine
It is finely crushed salt perfect for my use. Tastes great and love the jar. I wish it was free shipping with Amazon; it isn’t included with other items to add up to what Amazon requires for free shipping.

Healthy alternative to regular salt
Celtic salt was referred to me through a complete stranger waiting for a ct scan. I was impressed. I bought this and am pleasantly surprised. I use it when cooking and when I feel dehydrated

Perfect Item For Hydration
I love this stuff! I take 2 TBSP in a glass and let it settle for a few hours, then add 2 TBSP of the water in the glass to a gallon of water. I drink it all day, every day and found that it satisfies my thirst. This is excellent!

Good salt
This is a very good salt. I don’t really taste the difference between normal salt, but this has 82 or so of the minerals our body needs and I usually put a pinch in my water every morning. It is very high-quality.

Exactly what I needed
I am chronically, dehydrated, and my physicians were no help. Their advice was to drink more water, but after my own research, I found out that the water was just not being absorbed into my cell. I take the salt daily. And the issues I was having from the dehydration have ended. One of my worries with taking this was that it might raise my blood pressure. It does not raise my blood pressure and I am feeling, so much better. This will be a part of my daily routine.
