Good switch for my flood light
Fairly easy to wire up and get working with my Alexa device. I have an LED flood light outside of my detached garage that I wanted to be able to turn off or on from inside my house. This did the trick. When you hook a light switch up to the switch input it will act as like a 3 way switch, where it always just changes the state. So "up" doesn't mean on, it just switches whatever the current state of the light, which is nice.

I have these all over my house and they are perfect for Dry Contact Switching needs . . .
These are working perfectly to help me create a DIY Hydronic Heat Zone Control System. 3 Zones and one Master. With WiFi Remote Temperature Sensors I now have a System that bests the ecobee I had and never really worked.

Welp, you get what you pay for.
I'm amazed by how well it worked, the instructions for wiring was actually well written, and the most important part is that the pictures were well labeled making it easy to wire. It's not the newest model of the tech, so it's not matter enabled, but it works incredibly well for what it is, specially at the price.UPDATE, Changed to 1 star because both failed in the exact same way, both blew the capacitor melting the little case and dying, I suspect if I replaced the cap, it would work again but not even worth trying.

Important detail that is in the instructions, sort of.
These do exactly what they are supposed to do, provided you know what you're doing. Basic understanding of household wiring is of course essential. If you have a light with a standard single light switch circuit you can't wire this behind that switch. You'll pull your switch out to find a single romex in there with white on the bottom, black on top, and of course ground. There is no combination that will allow you to put this behind that switch, you'll have to go wire this into the box above the fixture. This may not be as common in newer homes, but was common in older homes like mine. If this confuses you, I suggest you either get an electrician to do it or search for a light switch circuit. Generally if there is more than one light switch on the switch panel you probably can put this behind the switch, but there isn't as much room in most switch boxes as you think and solid strand wire can be a bear to manipulate and keep in the screw clamps on these. You might also have to make some pigtails to get everything wired up right, so you'll end up adding more than just this cube in there. The other major gotcha and I should have known better since I am a networking guy is your wireless network (it sort of mentions this in the documentation). You absolutely need to and should set up a dedicated 2.4GHz SSID for these and other similar devices. I bet any of the reviews on here complaining about them showing offline after setting them up ran into the same pitfall I did. You have a wireless router that can do 2.4 and 5GHz WiFi (AC, AX, 6e doesn't matter most modern routers do both bands) and your 2.4 and 5GHz bands share an SSID, for complicated reasons these will probably drop off your network and show offline most of the time. My router and most modern routers, can do a 2.4GHz IoT SSID and your primary mixed band network, if it doesn't have that option see if your router can do a 2.4GHz only guest network. If your router has none of these options you're going to have to either replace it or install a separate Access Point (AP) to make these work properly.Assuming these continue to work as they have been they seem to be great, it gives you the option to smartify a basic light fixture without having to buy an expensive smart light switch that may not even work if your house is like mine and doesn't include neutral in the box. That and it doesn't require one of those expensive hubs just for controlling all of your smart stuff assuming you stayed in brand and that brand includes all of the various smart components you need.

These work fantastic
I had taken apart an old wifi plug and soldered it into some outdoor lights for control. Sadly it went bad after a couple years. This was a perfect replacement. I was able to connect it up, have it connected to wifi, all in under 5 minutes. And I set them on a schedule using the app and its been working great. At a much cheaper price. A fantastic wifi switch that took zero effort for me to use
