It flat out does what it was designed to do! I looked at several others that didn't have even have pressure gauges atop each filter and wondered why they were priced so disproportionately higher than this one. The gauges allow you to, sight unseen, knowwhen to change the filter as the pressure on that particular filter will increase as sediment builds within. This is exorcism helpful with the filter canisters that aren't transparent. Even the plumber who installed it was amazed at the comparative cost and functionality. I really like the fact that the sediment filter is transparent enabling you to see when it's time to change the filter. Very noticeable difference in taste and calcium/sediment deposits from the one filtration system that this one replaced. By the way, the gauges pressure match exactly what the water pressure reads at the street to home inlet.

Easy installation. No leaks at brass fittings as others have experienced. Initially, the water quality improved tremendously. Now 30 days into installation, we are experiencing the return of tannins in toilet bowl and the smell of hydrogen sulphide gas from the high sulfur content in our well. Water pressure remains constant and sediment filter shows it’s working but not yet “clogged “. I intend to switch the 2nd filter to KDF85 to see if it improves the quality again. So while I am certain the system is working fine, I am still experiencing issues. (South Central Florida)

Relatively simple to install once you have all the plumbing set up.Do not skimp on plumber's tape when tightening the fittings.5 wraps on a tapered fitting is not enough to prevent a leak. You have to put more.We'll update rating if there are complications after my first MPP filter change.You will need a spin-down filter before this, and you should have a decalcification filter, which is a type of chemical filter, after all the physical filtration.

This is a good product would buy it again

Had this installed 1 month ago. This morning it exploded and flooded utility room and kitchen before I was able to get water turned off. Stay away from this product. The other side exploded this morning. So now both sides of this filtration system flooded my utility room and kitchen.

I was skeptical about getting a water filter system that I'd never heard of but the reviews were convincing enough. We bought a house before Christmas and have had really awful stinky well water (sulfur rotten egg smell) until this weekend. I built a pump house for the well big enough to add this water filtration system. It was very easy to install and our water is clean and clear now without the stink!
