I do not find it useful at all for my feet. Maybe because its size is a bit short and just covering the heel only. It wears off itself while walking. I must recommend the manufacturer to make it bigger so it can cover more are of the feet and would not be easy to wear off as it would become a part of the feet itself like a cut socks. Further, at the spot of heal, please make it more thick then rest of it so that when we walk we would feel more comfortable under our heels.
