Like a cup of green tea!
This product tastes very much lime green tea withno sugar. I have just been adding it to a cup of hot wat and it's pretty good. I have only used it for a week but it does seen to give me more energy. All in all I am very happy with it.

Not returnable, smaller than expected.
this has to be one of grosses things I have ever tried. My stomach is still turning as I am writing this. I feel like I want to vomit, but it just isn't there yet. But it might happen. Other than gross I do not know how to describe it, my stomach feels like I have food poisoning. Not returnable so almost $30 for one ounce of gross.

It's expensive for 1oz of this product.I'm guessing it settles during shipping. The small tub is more than half empty.My bloodwork results returned as pre-diabetic and high LDL (bad cholesterol).After reading reviews, I decided to give it a try hoping it helps with my B/W results.It's the second day using this product. I mixed it with 8oz cup of water. The flavor is subtle, easy to enjoy.Looking forward to the next B/W results. Fingers crossed X.

My experience: Amla powder and green tea superfood supplement actually lives up to its claim of helping to manage blood glucose levels. While this supplement should be considered to be a PART of a regiment that supports healthy blood glucose levels (and not an end all be all supplement), I have measured lower blood glucose levels since I started taking it twice daily (per package instructions) a few weeks ago. Even my PCP was impressed with my most recent bloodwork results. I'll continue taking this.
