Use as a reference in our practice

I used this reference to help create specifications and Scope of Work for commercial restoration projects and our warranties. Unlike the information typically provided by the material manufacturers the guidelines offered by the author are quite practical. His experience as a contractor is evident and it makes this book more useful than more academic texts. I also refer to it as I inform customers and employees on matters relevant to their interests and tasks. I recommend it to building owners, property managers, and particularly building restoration contractors like me.

The book itself (as far as content) is great. But all three of the books that I ordered have missing lines throughout many pages. That's an issue. Just noticed it when I started flipping through the pages.Do not buy from this seller.

A comprehensive look at waterproofing. beginning with a basic understanding of what waterproofing is up the technology of why it is necessary and how it is done.

Impressed by the amount of new useful content compared with the previous version.

This was a much better buy than from the other centers. This saved us several bucks so we could spend it on something better :)

Is it just me or does it seem like it's missing a copule of different pages in between the beginning of the text.

There is a white strip on the middle of every single page covered alot of important information.Please check with the publisher because this problem happened for alot of costumers.
