Liquid vitamins are proven to have better absorption than pill form. The initial taste is definitely herbal, but zero lingering after taste. For all those reviews that say the taste is horrible, grow up :) do you not know the pinch your nose trick? Works like a charm. Now, thicker hair can’t possibly be noticed after 3 weeks, at least, not with my thin hair. I could tell immediately that my hair felt healthier and I could see baby hairs growing after 2 1/2 weeks. Eventually, I expect to see more drastic results!

I’ve only taken two doses. So I can’t rate the efficacy of this product but I will say it absolutely has to work because it is so disturbingly disgusting. I can not believe more people do not mention how awful it tastes. Prior to this I was taking the hair growth formula by Spoiled Child. Which tastes delicious. It’s more expensive and I didn’t feel like I was seeing any results, so I dropped my subscription and moved on to Mary Ruth. But taking this everyday is gonna be tough. Reason for 2 stars is because the product is beyond sweet!! It is soooo sweet that is almost making me feel sick in my head, almost like getting a headache. I do love sweet, I can eat donuts and all kinds of candy but this, I don't understand why did they have to make is so artificially sweet. It seems like they used all possible sweeteners at once. Not sure if I will be able to finish this bottle. Correction of the review: Seller reached out to me and they sent me a different product that is much better with the sweetness. They were very caring to correct the issue, I appreciate the effort and the fact that they wanted to take care of me since the first product was not satisfactory. I changed from 2 stars to 3.
